Hello! I'm Kelsey, the Executive Director at The And Way Therapy and a qualified supervisor in both Florida and Texas. I offer weekly group supervision sessions for LMSWs in Texas, designed to equip you for your future as an LCSW.
With years of experience in both private and public sectors, I've worked in diverse settings including detox inpatient and MAT outpatient substance abuse treatment centers, housing programs for the HIV positive population, and with an intensive team for veterans at the VA. My journey also includes independently starting a private practice from scratch. This varied experience allows me to help you navigate the challenges and opportunities in the field. By owning my own practice, I'm easily accessible to provide guidance.
In our supervision sessions, I draw from core modalities such as EMDR-IFS, DBT, and ERP. My clinical specialties include OCD, trauma, anxiety, couples therapy, and supporting helping professionals. I aim to provide a supportive and collaborative environment that helps you reach your professional goals.

Supervision Details
Location
All supervision meetings happen virtually on Fridays.
Rates
$250 for 4 weekly supervision sessions/month.
Format
We meet in groups of 3-6 supervisees - a great way to learn from your peers.
Eligibility
LMSWs in the state of Texas are eligible for this supervision group.
