Has OCD or anxiety therapy not worked to relieve your symptoms in the past?

We can help

First, you and your OCD/anxiety therapist will identify the interactions or experiences that provoke your anxiety or OCD. This will help you gain insight into the patterns and underlying issues contributing to your anxiety and/or OCD symptoms. By understanding how and when anxiety shows up and identifying its impact on your daily life, you can develop a clearer picture of what to focus on in OCD/anxiety therapy. From there, you and your OCD/anxiety therapist will collaborate to create a personalized plan to address the outcome you long for.

You and your therapist will build practical resourcing skills to help you manage your anxiety and OCD. Together, we work towards growing your recognition of what is and what is not a true threat.

Specifically for OCD, we will offer evidence-based strategies like ERP and ACT. Similar to exercising to a point outside of your comfort zone in order to make progress, treatment for anxiety and OCD is intentionally challenging so that you can grow in your tolerance for distress.
