You’ll build practical resourcing skills to manage your anxiety. We will work toward growing your recognition of what is and is not a true threat.

For OCD, we will offer evidence-based strategies like ERP and ACT. Similar to exercising to a point outside of your comfort zone in order to make progress, treatment for anxiety is intentionally challenging so that you can grow in your tolerance for distress.
