  • At the core of our mission is the hope to bring more peace into this world.  We believe that a way to do that is by utilizing dialectics to recognize “two things can be true” and we put this into practice alongside IFS, EMDR, and other therapeutic modalities.  By recognizing there can be two seemingly conflicted, coexisting parts within myself such as "a part of me wants to run at the sign of conflict and another part of me wants to work through this difficult season", I could relate compassionately to how that occurs in others. This practice paves the way for peace within ourselves, our relationships, the institutions we are a part of, and on a macro level.
